Diary in English♡On the 14th of Oct.
Today I joined my school's social program and visited Longleat. It's the biggest safari outside of Africa. It took about one and a half hour, and I was a little bit tired when I arrived there. But I became happy as soon as I saw lively, cute animals. I saw goats, tortoises, lemur cattas, lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, gorillas, sea lions and more!
I especially liked the lions. They looked like big cats and their behavior was cute and dignified. The river cruise was also interesting. At first, I wondered why some sea lions were close to ship and raised their face from the water. I realized that they were waiting for us to feed them fish. At the middle of the river, a crew member gave us a cup of fish , and we threw them to the sea lions.
In the birds enclosure, we could fed birds. When I had a small cup of bait, the birds alighted on my arm and ate the bait. I didn't like the feeling of them sitting on my arm, but it was interesting because I'd never experienced it.
After we enjoyed the safari, we visited the Longleat house. The interior architecture and furniture were really fascinating.
